How can you find out if you get TripIt Pro for free? Keep reading to learn how, plus the benefits of creating an account and connecting it with your business travel plans.
Who is eligible for TripIt Pro through their company?
You may be eligible for a complimentary subscription of TripIt Pro if your company has purchased Concur TripLink.
What is Concur TripLink?
Concur TripLink helps organizations manage travel across a variety of booking channels by capturing itineraries (and receipts) and integrating them into their SAP Concur solution. Integrations with these channels provide companies broad visibility into spend and duty of care, while business travelers enjoy flexibility and ease of use.
Bookings are captured via travel partner integrations, such as Amtrak, Delta Air Lines, Hertz, Lufthansa, Marriott, and United Airlines. Or they’re captured via TripIt Pro—regardless of where the plans were booked. When travelers use TripIt Pro to organize their plans, they can share the trip with SAP Concur, starting an expense report and providing their company visibility into their business travel details.
How to check if you’re eligible for a free subscription of TripIt Pro
To check your eligibility, sign in to your SAP Concur account on desktop. On the home screen, tap “Home” to open the navigation drop-down menu. If you see "TripLink" in the menu, then your organization has the solution, and you are eligible for a complimentary subscription of TripIt Pro.
Tip: If you are eligible for a complimentary subscription to TripIt Pro, share the good news with your coworkers! That’s a savings of $50 per year. Here’s how else you save money with TripIt >

What are the benefits of getting connected?
From a business travel perspective, connecting to TripIt Pro streamlines your trip itineraries and expense reports.
How exactly? When you book a trip via Concur Travel, those details will automatically create an itinerary in TripIt for you. Likewise, if you book a trip elsewhere, add it to TripIt, and select "Share with Concur," it will flow to SAP Concur and start an expense report for you.

What are my options if I don’t have Concur TripLink?
